Booking and Payments: All lessons must be booked in advance. Payment can be made via bank transfer or PayPal. A contract will be provided outlining the terms of the agreement between both parties.

Invoice: After payment is received, an invoice will be issued for your records.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Cancellations made after this period will be charged at the full rate.

Lesson Rescheduling: Lessons can be rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

Privacy: Your personal information will be kept confidential and will only be used for lesson-related communication.

Online Lessons: Ensure you have a stable internet connection and necessary equipment (camera, microphone) for online lessons.
